Student Absence Reporting

Is your student going to be absent from school?

Please complete the Student Absence Form   if your student will be absent from Shortridge High School for a partial or full school day.

What Parents/Guardians Need to Know

• Complete the form for each student absence.
• If applicable, please upload documentation with the form.
• If you are unable to upload documentation, your student may bring it to the Front Office when they return to school.
• You do not need to call Shortridge High School to report an absence if you complete this form.
